In today's episode we discuss how to have a treat while on a weight loss program. I have experienced cycles of binge eating, sugar cravings and guilt from falling off track. Through adopting a plant-based diet, reducing artificial sweeteners, avoiding added sugar I have been able to reduce my treats and find balance with my diet.
