Introducing Healthy Rebel Radio! This is the show we have been wanting to do for years.
In our home we maintain a few routines that we find extremely cozy and nurturing. Every morning David and I have tea and coffee together.
David is usually telling me about the health and wellness news of the day by going through what is new in holistic medicine research, integrative studies highlighting what we have been passionately teaching for years and popular societal debates that are shaping how our world is evolving.
I give my opinion and we end up in a discussion that can last from 30 seconds to 30 minutes.
In our life we are constantly trying to limit our exposure to unnecessary news (bombardment) yet we enjoy being educated and involved in discussions that are inspiring in health, wellness and self-optimization.
Healthy Rebel Radio is our chance to share what we are learning, what is exciting, and our views about how health and wellness news, research and promotion is shaping the world we live in.
Our show is fun, inspiring and thought-provoking.
Our name “Healthy Rebel” sums up what you will get from our show. I feel like I am the ultimate healthy rebel.
I have grown, evolved, became healthy, developed self-love and found my passion by nurturing my adventurous side, not giving up on fun, maintaining my creativity and still putting in hard work to achieve my goals.
I feel like a “rebel” because I do not apologize for who I am, what I have been through or where I’m going and have found success, happiness and peace in doing so. I very rarely run with the trends. I am a rebel with a cause and that cause is bringing the basic truths back about health, wellness and living an amazing life.
