In today's episode we discuss my secret to staying lean when times are super busy. Like most of you I have a busy schedule. Some days it is impossible for me to book an hour off to get to the gym. On these hectic days I employ my secret weapon - the all-day workout.
I have used this technique for years and it has never failed me. This is something that you can do when you are crazy busy and have no time to workout.
