Recent research is showing reducing meat consumption can have a
significant impact on reducing our carbon footprint and can
contribute to the prevention of global warming. Helping the
environment is as simple as choosing more veggies and less
meat.
A new study from Sweden which followed 30,000 women over the course
of 20 years has shown that those who avoided sunshine the most were
twice as likely to die over the course of the study.
